Returns & Policies
RETURNS: If you would like to process a return, please contact us directly with your return request and any tracking information for the return. Returns should be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Only unused items will be eligible for return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a service that provides tracking/insurance. Once your item is received, inspected, and accepted for return, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase minus the original shipping. Please note that any customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return. We ask that you limit the number of returns to no more than 3 per customer. We produce these items by hand, and ask that you honor our time in making each order personally for you. EXCHANGES: To request an exchange, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, and we will provide you with further instructions. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us (address above). Please note that any exchange items may need to be made to order, and are subject to our current production times. The exchange item will also be considered ‘Final Sale’ and is not eligible for a return or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours. Please send us an email through our website contact form with your name and order number to let us know you would like to cancel.
REPAIRS: If for any reason your bag experiences issues that are beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us about sending the bag in for repairs.
